Screen
Possible causes:
• Smart Android or TV module are switched off
• The HDMI cable is maybe defective or not properly inserted
Remedy, tips:
• Turn the module on (remote control button on the front panel)
• Replace this cable or insert it correctly.
Possible causes:
• LCD/LVDS plug not correctly connected
Remedy, tips:
• Please connect the plug correctly.
TV module
Possible causes:
• Power cable not or not properly plugged in
• The remote control batteries are empty
Remedy, tips:
• Check fit of the power cable, try socket with another electrical device
• Replace batteries.
Possible cause:
• On screen is the wrong input (HDMI 1 / 2) selected
• The HDMI cable is maybe defective or not properly inserted
Remedy, tips:
• Check the connection and setting of the screen (HDMI)
• Replace cable or plug in correctly.
Possible cause:
• Volume set too low
• Cable defective or incorrectly connected
Remedy, tips:
• Increase volume
• Check the cables and connections.
Possible cause:
• Distance too large
• Empty batteries or not properly inserted
Remedy, tips:
• Move closer to the device, pointing directly to the receiver
• Insert the batteries correctly.
Smart Android
Possible cause:
• App damaged or incorrectly installed
Remedy, tips:
• Please reinstall the app
Possible causes:
• The operating system is not fully loaded.
Remedy, tips:
• Disconnect the device for at least 15 seconds from the 230V mains supply and switch it back on again.
• Remove all USB sticks.
Possible cause:
• The operating system is overloaded.
Remedy, tips:
• Please wait a moment until the app can be operated again.
• Alternatively, click the BACK button and restart the app.
Possible cause:
• The operating system and its memory are fully occupied.
Remedy, tips:
• Please wait a moment until the interface can be operated normally again.
Possible cause:
• The volume is regulated down to ”0”,
• The ”Mute” button has been pressed.
Remedy, tips:
• Regulate the volume to an audible level
• Press the “Mute” button .

• The operating system and its memory are fully occupied.
